Diagnostics:
During the course of an
appointment, it may be suggested that your pet needs
blood work, urinalysis and/or x-rays. These tests can help us
establish baselines of your pet’s vital organs;
changes can
indicate areas of concern. Triadelphia Veterinary
Clinic has in-house blood machines, radiology equipment,
and other facilities that allow us to get answers
quickly. In
many cases, we can test
your pet in just a few minutes and have answers during your visit.
From here, we can initiate a treatment plan and make adjustments as
necessary.
Also, to help ensure safe
anesthesia for your pet,
we are able to run a combination of tests that can significantly
reduce medical risk and allow us to proceed with confidence. If the
diagnostic
results are not satisfactory, we can alter the
anesthetic protocol, take additional precautions to protect your
pet’s health or postpone the procedure to further evaluate any
abnormalities.
