Thank you: I cant say enough about the way you run your business. I will always recommend you. I am very impressed.I have been there twice and have had the best service I have ever had 2nd to none.
Thank you again Buddy & Tom Jacobini
Recently, my pet chinchilla died. I had been taking him to various vets in Annapolis and Baltimore (though I live in Columbia) in search of a good exotics vet. When it became obvious to me that euthanasia might be necessary in the near future, I wanted to stay closer to home. My new puppy's vet office told me about Dr. Dina Jones at Triadelphia. She phoned me back at home, and when I told her that I had never had a pet euthanized before, she patiently explained the technique she used, and answered my multiple questions about other methods I had seen online. She also gave me tips to improve my chin's life during his last few days. All this even though I had never used her practice! A week later it was time, and Dr. Jones was amazingly gentle with my pet and understanding, even though he was not a cat or dog, and she had never met him before. A few days afterward, I was amazed to get a personal, handwritten sympathy note. I wish I had known about Dr. Jones while my pet was alive.

Wonderful caring vet hospital
I started going to Triadelphia vet right at the same time I lost a few of my pets from old age. All three vets and everyone that works there is very compassionate and caring. Then one of my dogs was diagnosed with a mast cell tumor (cancer) by Dr. Stup. That's when I realized what a great group of people they really were. I have had many appointments since the diagnosis and I really admire Dr. Stup, she is a wonderful vet and really helped me through quite a hard time. I would recommend this vet practice to anyone and all three vets are great!

A vet that cares
Why is it so rare to find vets who really seem to care about their animal clients? After putting up with a clinic much closer to home for 7 years, where I still feel anonymous (even with 5 cats - they ought to know me by now), and where if I have an emergency, they may or may not be able to help. Triadelphia helped me out with just such an emergency one recent afternoon and totally exceeded my expectations. They were both professional AND kind, the staff as well as the vet. They have earned my business and I highly recommend them, even though it means I'm now changing my vet trip from 5 minutes to 30.

Dr. Susan Oltman has been my vet for over 10 years and I wouldn't go to anyone else. When my cat developed kidney disease, she left no stone unturned looking for possible treatments. When we had exhausted all of our options and had to put her down, Dr. Oltman cried along with us. She provides the highest level of veterinary care with realistic advice. You know you can trust her because her pets are part of her family too.
The rest of the staff at Triadelphia is just as great. From the front desk staff to the rest of the vets, everyone is professional and caring. You will not find a better vet clinic anywhere else.
